Returns and Refund Policy

We take immense pride in designing and producing our jewellery to a high quality that leaves our customers happy with their purchases. By producing jewellery pieces using new but discarded industrial materials, marks and flaws in materials such as rubber are inherently part of the character of the piece. Likewise, worn paint and occasional rough surfaces form part of the organic patina of our jewellery and should not be viewed as defective or damaged as these are the traits that in part give Studio52 pieces their edgy and unique character.

Despite striving for excellence, as with everything in life, sometimes mistakes happen. At Studio52, we want you to be happy, so should you receive a faulty jewellery piece, we’re happy to refund or replace your item.

Should you seek a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to receive a returns code which is required before sending. Our returns shipping address will also be provided with the returns code. Once you receive an authorisation code, we require faulty items to be mailed back to Studio52 with tracking information. Upon receipt of the item at Studio52, if found defective, we will process your refund.

Items sent for refund must be in original packaging and received within 21 days of issuing a returns code.
